7. Refund Policy
At flickboost.com, we strive to provide high-quality social media marketing services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and the process for requesting a refund.
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally provided under the following conditions:
- Service Not Delivered: If you have not received the service you ordered within the specified time frame, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Incorrect Service: If the service delivered does not match the description of what was ordered, you may request a refund or replacement service.
- Service Quality Issues: If there are significant quality issues with the service provided, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the service after it has been delivered, a refund will not be provided.
- Service Misuse: If the service is misused, such as using it for illegal or unethical activities, a refund will not be provided.
- Violations of Terms of Service: If you violate our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Flick Boost

Orders placed in Just Another Panel will not be refunded if canceled after they are placed.

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond in less than 20 minutes.
- Refund Approval: If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your flickboost account.
8. No Guarantee of Results
- We do not guarantee that our services will result in organic growth or engagement on your social media accounts.
- We do not guarantee that our follower will interact with you
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and logos on our website are the property of FlickBoost or their respective owners.
- You may not use any content, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent from the owner.
10. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlickBoost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services.
